Lol, all kidding aside, there is nothign wrong with the GI box for many recordings. It IS a GI box, a variation of the standard DI box, so that wasn't a typo if that's what you were referring to. It's a GI because it's got a 4x12 speaker cab simulator.
I don't use the GI much anymore since I got my V-AMP though.
I don't have real bells and whistles, but i have tambourines, finger cymbals, and shakers ;-)
honestly, what can I do about the volume problem? Even things that are at the point of almost clipping are too quiet on my recordings when i mix them down and listen to them on a regular stereo system. Thanks!
