changing time signatures?

the beginning of a song im working on is in 3/4, i then want to change to 4/4 from bar 16, how do i get cubase to change time sig from this bar (whilst retaining the metronome click for each part)

Read the manual and look for tempo track.

In a tempo track you can change the tempo, but also the time signature.
