changing an mp3 to wav

are there any programs i can download that will enable me to change an mp3 into a wav file so that i can burn it to cd?

winamp, i think Neo and most new Cd burning software does that 4 your. You can also do a search ".mp3 2 .wav converter". I use Adaptec (default software that came with my burner).

I have only used the 1.30 version , im sure new one is better,

Goldwave (http://www.goldwave.com ) will also do this, and is a great editor to boot! The demo version is fully functional, with only a restriction on how many commands you can do on any given session when the program is open. If you run out, you can still save your work as is, close the program, open the program again and continue to work.

Did I also mention that Goldwave doesn't have to "install" on your computer?
