Chance GB, screamin' mic deals

Which of chance's mics are you going to buy? Post Quantity below.

i'm wondering if we shouldn't just do what that magicalpig guy was doing on his stereo ribbon gb-- to make a list and have everybody add on like a chain letter/post thing. this poll is a good idea, but it doesn't account for people who want multiple items of the same or different kidns.
 
wow, that's a big selection, so what's the additional costs and are low quantities available of each?

i'm leaning towards 580 L, and 583
 
1 each of:
ACM2
ACM3
ACM4
either the 6801T or 6802T, with shock mount, once I understand the difference in the pattern.
 
The ACM-582 or ACM-583 both have 797 capsules, I thought they'd be a bit more popular just for that reason.
I'm still figuring out precisely what I want. But I am definitely IN. :)

hmmm.... i didn't think they were the only ones with 797 capsules. i guess i'll have to reconsider getting one or two of those :)!

What's so special about the 797 capsule?
 
i believe they made capsules early on for other companies-- will pm as not to clutter thread with other company names
 
Voted for the ACM-1, but now also considering the ACM-4. Might just have to get both! :D

I'll probably get ONE ACM-583, but I'd consider a 510 if there was more info on it!

I'd take a pm too.... For sure an acm-3 and 4, im thinking about getting 2 of the acm-3s or maybe a piar of something else... So many choices! :confused:

the only ones I personally saw chance say have 797 capsules were those two models. Some of the other mics may have them as well, I don't know.

...so what the hell does one have to do in order to actually get one of these?

cause i really want 1 each of both the ACM-2 and the ACM-3
 
Follow the group buy thread (in this forum) and wait for Chance to say it's go time.
