cep2 and delta 1010lt with xp sp3

I don't know if this has already been addressed, but I just went back to cepro2 from adobe audition. I can't make the single xlr input record to left and right anymore in edit mode. What am I forgetting? I feel like such a dummy.
 
I haven't had CEP 2 loaded for quite a few years, but didn't you right click in the track area to bring up a menu screen that let's you specify the routing? Of course, you gain nothing (other than making your files twice a big) by recording a mono source into both channels of a stereo track.
