I looking for any advice on the ceiling for the control room.

I have read that it should not be a normal flat ceiling but should be higher at one end, is this correct? and what sort of difference will this give to the sound?

The control room will be 10 or 11 foot tall if needed, the length around 15 feet and 12'6'' wide and the widest end(the back) .

Any comments will be good.

If you use a non-horizontal ceiling, it should be lower at the 'mixing' side of the room. In that way sound reflects away from your listening position.
I'm not too sure about the exact angle (side walls should have 12°, dunno about ceiling).

I see your control room isn't symmetrical... could get you into balancing problems.

Thanks Herwig :)

The top end will have the speakers and mixing desk, it is symmetrical way pass the listening point so I am hopeing it's going to be ok. ( fingers crossed )
