cd with on audio file into seperate tracks?

anyone know how to or what software i would need to make a cd with only one song file? I have recorded a live radio program and it is saved onto disc. I want to get that one whole file and put it on cd without having to cut and paste the songs into seperate tracks. this sounds confusing, but is there a program that can do such a thing? the song file is like 50 mb, about an hour long.

CD Architect. Drag the audio into the timeline, put the cursor where you want a new track to start and hit the 'T' key. Piece of pie, easy as cake.

thanks for the advice. lucky i was able to find a demo version and try it out and see what it can do. maybe if it works out well, i would buy the full version.
