CD mastering trouble

Now, I have all of my tracks ready to master onto CD. But, one problem I have is mastering all the tracks so that they will all be at the same volume level. Some of my songs are lower or more quiet than the other. How can I fix this? (remember, I work with the Boss BR-8) Please reply.
 
Here it is load all your files into a sound editor. Press select all from the menu option. then press delete. They should all be at the same level now.LOL :D

No but seriously if you dont know how to equalize the loudness of all the songs then you dont need to try to master them. If you are just talking about burning them onto a disc to be mastered dont worry about the levels because they will equalize the loudness of the cd at the mastering house. Your main focus should be getting the mix to sound as good as it can. let the mastering house do the mastering
 
hey littmuze, cut the advertising out or at least change it a little from time to time, now I've seen it twice and it's getting borring. Dunno how this boards pilitics about advertising is, personally I think you should keep it on the yellow pages, as I consider this place as a site where people help each other - no money involved, and if I see your exact same text another place on the board I'll consider it spamming.

It might not be any of my bizz but there is another ED who does mastering and uses this BBS a lot. hell i think his name is etched in stone somwhere in the script files.....ED REI. so you might want to be more specific when you sign something as ED. He dosen't advertise on the board that i know of though. Most people try to seek him out. i wouldn't want some one to think you are him or vice versa.a mix up like that could be bad for business.
 
No one would mix them up.... sonusman (Ed Rei) doesn't spam this site in any way shape or form, any more than I do..................
