Cassette 101:
Best is "Metal" type, then "High Bias", then "Normal Bias". Most cassette decks will select the bias setting automaticly depending on the tape you use. Not all cassette decks support metal tapes but all newer ones do.
Any name brand should be ok (Maxcell, TDK).
You may want to use noise reduction - choices are none, Dolby B, Dolby C, or Dolby S. Few decks support Dolby S so I wouldn't bother. To me Dolby B is worse than no noise reduction, so I would either use C or none.
