Casio Privia PX575R has no Midi connection

I love this keyboard, but mostly need it for midi. Unfortunately, I'm running XP-64 on my DAW, and Casio doesn't have 64-bit drivers available for the usb slot. Is it possible to purchase one of these:

and just flip it around so I can convert my usb keyboard to MIDI to go into my Motu Micro Lite USB Midi interface?

I don't know if the converting can go the other way.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Edit: Any solutions or recommendations on other controllers? I was going to pick up a Privia PX-310, but this 575R was on sale on craigslist for $200. Couldn't pass it up, but it has no midi...bummer! Should I just sell my 575R and pick up the PX-310 as I originally planned? Do the two keyboards feel the same?

Thanks.
