Carver A-500x Rear Button From Stereo To Mono

Hi...i'm Looking At An A-500x Carver.those That Are Familar With The Unit There Is A Button On Lower Left Hand Side Which Needs To Be Pushed For Biamp Confiq. Or Left Out For Stereo...my Question...what Is In And What Is Out?? Nothing In The Manual..thanks $$$ Keep Reeling.

Hmmmm.

I think you need to keep the button out if you want to run it in stereo and push it in if you want to split the two sides of the amp to handle two mono sources.
