If your wanting to mix multiple instruments to a cassette deck at the same time, a mixer is reccomended. Otherwise you can tie in left and right chls. for each instrument but then it wont be stereo.
Or, create a home fashioned coupler to combine the two.

I guess Im not sure what exactly your doing. If you mean mixing down from prerecorded music from your recorder or PC to a cassete deck, then yes, no problem. The hookup is output to input. Simple as that.

Use High bias tapes for clarity.
