The mpc 2000 has 2 midi ins And 2 midi outs.I use a DJX witch has In & OUT to control the JV-1010 that has midi In,OUT,Thru.How Many Modules can i hook up in that system?
what all do you have plugged into your mpc via midi? from what i gather from your info you are using your keyboard to control the sound module via midi. how many sound modules do you have? how many do you want to hook up? in any case NEVER daisy chain 5 midi instruments. get a midi interface for more midi i/o. oh yhea what is your master in all of this? the mpc? i have a midi set up that changes everyday.
660 into xp60 then xp60 into 880ex or xp60 to pc and then to 880ex and 880ex to pc. i sometimes use my 202 in my midi set up. once again what is the master?
My master is the mpc 2000.Ive got a jv-1010 and i am going to use a planet phatt and trinity.the way i have it hooked up now is out mpc 2000 in jv-1010 out djx in mpc 2000.
