Can anyone identify this mixing desk?

Hi,

I've got an old 12 into 8 mixing desk sat up in my parents' loft, and my drummer is interested in using it. I can't for the life of me remember what the make or model is, and I can only find one picture of it. I was wondering if anyone on here might be able to recognise it! (that is not me in the picture BTW...)
