hi.

im new to the boards. Sorry to enter with a bang/thread as my first post, but i could use some help here. I just got my EH memory man deluxe (not the stereo one) on the mail today and have to get to work now, but i really wanted to be able to play with it when i get home, and for that im counting on you guys. I notice that, like every stomp, this one has an input and an output jack, but to my amazement, there's also an echo out jack! What do i do with this? Can anybody explain it to me? I'm trully puzzled. Does this mean the delay exit is done solely on this jack out? What the hell....

I have a Fender H Deville. Do you recomend i put this on my chain or straight into the amp's fx loop?

One last thing, anyone ever used this on acoustic guitar? Did you like it?

thanks to anyone that replies!

great board you have here! :D

thank you!

Yes, just the delay signal comes from that jack. That way you can hook just the delays up to another effect, to have only the delays effected.

halion,

thanks for your reply.

So that means i don't have to use both jack outputs at the same time?
If so, thats a relief, i was thinking this would be trully strange and revolutionary ha!

So, i take it there's no real way to bypass the chorus/vibrato from the "general" output jack, is this it? When you want "just delay", the echo jack is where you want to go for that...am i getting this right?

thanks a lot!

btw, did you ever use yours on acoustic guitar?
I really need a live pedal...this could be it.

I don't have one, but I know them. You can turn the chorus/vibrato off right? If you don't use the echo-out you will just get the delay together with the origional signal at the output.
