or just take the cheapest one)
 
sorry i dont understand? i jsut want to know which one has better quality.
 
if you are just starting - it doesn't matter which one.
I think they have more or less equal quality.
but CAD has more options (low cut, attenuation)
 
Aren't these both USB mics?
You are going to fall short on recording quality immediately with USB mics. Get a cheap interface and an MXL67g, would be better than both options.
