cab micing??

i did some searching but didnt see anything sorry if this is a repeat Question. but what would be really good mic for micing guitar cabs. probably most money 2 spend would be 300....

Shure SM57 and the sennheiser e609 silver are pretty common choices and they usually sound great on cabs.

I didn't think about your budget...... if money is freely available then I would second the large diaphragm dynamic recommends above, like the RE20 or the MD421. Those are awesome mics.....
