c1 sometimes makes boxlike picture on waveform

oh yeah! that is another thing it came from. A band over here had brass instruments, and sometimes the amplitudes were different when recording the trombone the dude was playing - usually his "hard" notes, aka loud and hard, you know...how a trombone does it (or sax/trumpet, etc.)....ha

But, mine did not look so much like the one in that picture (in that thread). It was more rounded as I remember, and somewhat spuratic.

I'll keep looking into it, for sure.
