Buying a tascam M308B price???

I'm new here, I didn't knew where to post this...
I'm starting with recording, a guy in my town sells a Tascam M308B (with phantom). How much may I offer, what's the value of this? You think 150$ is a good deal?

FWIW, sold my 312b 15 or years ago (?) for $350-400 IIRC.
