Burning CDs and Album Art

Does anyone know how I can embed album info/album art(band link etc..) onto the demo CDs I burn so that they pop up in Windows Media Player and other players?(actually I can't even get the track names to stop appearing as Track01-07 at the moment)

I know someone has been asked before but I can't find the thread.

You need to register your disc with CDDB - (compact disc data base) or similar service.
