i downloaded tunes in mp3 format, downloaded a mp3 to wav converter, converted the files, adaptec cd creater finally worked, but the only place the cd works is on the computer using windows media player or the audio mixer.

there are previously recorded tunes i burned to the hard drive from music cd's then burned onto my cd-r and thet WILL play on the stereo.

WHATS UP????

any help would be appeciated. and don't be shy, i am a newbie so i may not completely understand.

thanks,

I think you're using the wrong feature in CD Creator. Look at one of your non-working CDs in Explorer and see if the files are .wav format or .cda format. If it's .wav, it won't play in a regular CD player. Be sure to use the Make a Music CD/Music CD Project option in CD Creator.
