Ok I tried to search but couldnt really find to much info. Basiclly this is the dilly.
I live in a Trailor (I know I know, lol. I am 21, and it was givin to me and my bro, so no rent, and its actully not half bad
Anyways, its a 3-bedroom and the open bedroom we have made into the studio. The thing is, is if any of yall are familier with Trailors alot of them have that fake wood paneling ALL over the place, it is reflective as a mirror. Now the room is not that big (I can get dimensions if yall need). But it is in need of some acoustical treatment (nothing major, because I am on a TIGHT budget, just bought a PRS CU22).
I was looking at the cheaper of the Auralex "setups" (you know, it like comes with everthing for a room). Anyways, it was still pretty pricey (around $300.00 or somthing off of memory), but that is not what got me, I called around for mail order. And shipping was going to be around $120.00 no matter where I called. Now the reason for this is because I am in Alaska.
Soooo, now I am kind of lost, I cant really do mail order (because of shipping). None of the music stores around here sell that type of stuff.
So, is there any thing out that that I might be able to find localy, that is not to expensive, and even more important, EASY to setup/use . I mean we have Home Depot, Lowes, and a ton of Bulding Supply stores. So hmmmmmm. Any advice would be awesome.
