Brass Snares

Your snare and hats are really close to eachother. Snare is flat-out high. I'd be banging my knuckles all over that thing. :p
 
they're not really as close as they look in that picture. the snare is about belly-button height to me, or just a bit higher. ill put a better pic later.

Damn that's high, or I'm just retard. Probably the latter. My snare head is about even with the tops of my thighs
 
haha fuck you guys. those are my lucky Raiders dice. keeps me from dropping my sticks.

there you can see the hi hats are pretty far, it was just a weird angle on the first pic. having the snare up higher lets me do better rim shots, and minimizes the distance between all my drums also so i can move a bit faster. i'm not that talented, so i have to make up for it by setting up my kit very efficiently haha.
