so...when you get drunk...do you start to like country??:D

sorry, sorry...I couldn't resist!!

I like the happy intro, btw:p

oh..the recording sounds like it is wavering....in a drunkin' sorta way.......and sounds like it keeps running into things....bam!......bam!! whop!

Friends don't let friends jam while drunk (well..not alone any way). This is the dangerous thing about music and mind altering substances, Everything, even country, music starts to become fun and exciting.:D I can dig it.

ahh...so you must be drunk too....eh? 4 in the morning.....just coming or going???:D

hey...come here and straighten my wires;)

......now where did I put my diagonal cutters???...

Charva,

So far all your tunes have given me a smile. Fun stuff. The vocals sometimes sound uneven and it's hard to make out the words sometimes, but it has that classic songwriting style. Good tune.

I listened to both Marijuana Polka and the Foggy Friday, and I must say I really appreciate these comedy pieces. The Foggy Friday seems to have pretty decent mix also. A little minimalistic approach, but works well. Duh, I shouldn't analyze too much, since these are funny songs. These sound like a regular friday night at the local saloon on a country talent contest. Laughable, in a good way :)

I've been working on a serious type song and I find it time consuming. The fun stuff is easier because, well just because.

I really don't remember if I was coming or going at 4 AM last night but it's been awhile since I tied one on like that! (now I must pay)

Thanks for all your reviews.

I actually like the production on this.
The fact that you produce songs better than me when you are drunk is a concern to me..

I love the drunk guy coming in late in the background on certain words.

What equipment do record with?
very clean!

Good job, Sir Charva!

Can't wait to hear you recordings from the hangover session.

:D

We (my bass player/friend Joe and I) bought a new Groove Tube mic on sale at Guitar Center yesterday (GT66).

All we did was add some more vocals to a song I already did a couple weeks ago.

As for the production, all I usually do is some noise reduction and add a little reverb or delay/echo to the stuff that I've done so far. The more I mess with effects, the worse it usually sounds.

Until next time, Charvster
