Bouncing multiple tracks into one track

Hi Guys I have been trying to a while now to find a way to turn 2 or more tracks into 1. The only way I have discovered is routing the tracks to a bus and then recording the bus in realtime. It works but there has to be a faster way, anyone know how?
 
Could the "Bounce Regions" button be what you are looking for? (At the top next to the regular Bounce button)
 
Indeed it is. Thanks for your help! Apple should hire you to answer peoples logic questions professionally. :D
