I asked for feedback on this one awhile ago and I was told it was sloppy and about 60% done. I have started to mix on monitors and not just headphones anymore; so will you give your opinion once again?

Not bad. It's a little muddy in the low end, but not bad. I don't know how finished it is or how bad your original try was, but this one sounds okay. The double tracked vocals are sloppy in some spots. It just depends on what kind of finished product you're after.
 
muddy in the low end means: work on the bass guitar?

or just look at everything that is about 100Hz to 500Hz?

Yeah just find things in that frequency and maybe isolate the culprit. I don't know if it's the bass. It could be other things stacking up.
