Bogen M330A

Hey,
Found a Bogen M330A in my grandfathers garage. It appears to be a small tube PA system. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way this would work as a mic pre???

Ahh the old Bogen stuff..Remember "Stromberg Carlson" too
Anyways I wouldn't bother cheap PA stuff at best!When I was a kid I used a old Bogen PA head for a guitar head..it sounded pretty good..What did I know LOL!Enough trips down memory lane..Don't bother with the Bogen for the mic preamps

I had an old Bogen thingy too a long time ago ('87-ish?) It was old then, but we used it as part of a PA system. It was six channels, if I recall correctly, and had big knobs on it. Spring reverb. From there, we went to a power amp, and to a couple of old Traynor columns.... and played Motley Crue....

Ahhh.... those were the days.

No........ don't waste your time with it.... just buy a preamp.
