Has anyone heard Jorma's new cd? I'm not one to point out anyone's faults, especially when they have achieved far more than I. I don't know..... is it me, or are his frets rattlin like a 37 Ford? Seems like every tune! Don't get me wrong, I like a little of that, but damn! Just would like to hear some comments.

Jorma Kaukonen. I just thought there was only one Jorma, since I've never heard of anyone else with that name. MY bad.

His cd is called Blue Country Heart. Some really awesome oldtime country blues covers. He plays a Gibson 1936 Jumbo pretty much throughout. That bad boy's teeth are chatterin'.

What I think is unusual about it is looking in the Stewart MacDonald catalog, there is a video called maintenance and setup, and one of the features is Acoustic and acoustic/electric Gibson setups with Jorma Kaukonen.

I don't own a Gibson, but if I did, I could not let the frets bang like that. It would drive me nuts.
