Best way to send large sound files?

We're going to be tracking some files in a different location from the mixing gear. Is there a good way to send large sound files over the internet?

www.mediafire.com is cool, because you don't have to sign up.

Pando http://www.pando.com/ allows up to a gig free or you purchase the program for larger transfers. The recipient must also have the program loaded. Works for me.

ftp transfer...you need something that can pickup where it left off if there is a line break for whatever reason.

You can use a program like Rumpus to FTP transfer from one system to another. Alternatively, web space is getting really cheap. I'm paying $5/month for 750GB of web space with unlimited bandwidth.
