Two advices...
First, ebay is your friend... when you have little money to spend, ebay is the place to go...
Second, before anyone jumps in, use the search function... Budget condensers was covered a thousand times... You´ll see people talking about Studio Projects, Rode, AKG, AT... (and maybe someone will tell you that you first should treat your room, and then get a condenser... or that you should get the great Shure SM7)...
