I have no studio yet. I've just been recording in my closet. So where is the best place to record vocals. In a bathroom, in a closed room like a closet, etc. The results are fine, but i jus wanna know will i get better results in the bathroom.

The best way.........

is to try it out and see.

Record in the bathroom.
Record in the livingroom.
Recording in the kitchen with the blender on.

Record outside.

Let your own ears decide.

There's too many variables we dont know about your set up.
How big is the bathroom.
What type of sound are you needing.
What do do to process the sound during and after recording.

My old bathroom sounded great but my current one sounds awful.
My kitchen does sound pretty good.
But I usually find you have more options with a dryer track to start with.
YMMV.

I'm a complete newbie at this, but i'll let you know what has been working great for me...

I record vocals in a closet, not too small, about 6ft x 4ft. However, i've lined to walls with mattress pads i got for $8 (this won't compare to REAL insulation like Auralex or something, but it did vastly improve my sound and it looks kinda cool in there now). If you're looking for a real dry sound that you can work freely with in post, than this is somethng worth trying. Good luck!
