best drum machine for making/using a click?

what would be a good (cheap) drum machine for making a click with? I mainly like to use a cowbell for a click (as it cuts through better and is less annoying than normal clicks) and was wondering if there is one that is regarded as the best out there?

All drum machines have a cowbell sound that you can use for that purpose.
Now are you asking if you can have a cowbell click play at the same time as a
drum pattern?
If you don't mind a PC, get some free metronome software that lets you define
the metronome sound(note#), and you're good to go.
