Monster Cable
Superb communication. They responded to a problem that i had with a defective cable the day that i e-mailed them. I told them that i really needed the broken cable for some current guitar tracks im doing (even though it is messed up, its better than most other cables).
They sent me two free replacement cables and a wad of cable ties and i still haven't even sent them the defective unit. Considering my original cable cost $50, they really helped me out. I can't say how happy i am. well, i guess i just did.
 
It's great that you had a good experience with Monster Cable, but you know that you could have made that same cable at your home for $15... I make all my own cables, unless it's a specialty cable for a power unit from a mic. You can buy the same cable that Mogami, Monster, BLUE, and every other company makes there cables out of online for a fraction of what it costs to buy it from them.

Yeah well this was kind of a christmas gift. Nobody wants to buy me random parts from a bunch of places for christmas. Sending one order to Musicians Enemy is a lot easier for my relatives.
 
Monster just ought to treat you well seein' they charge extremly exhorbitant prices for their products!

$50.00 for a cable, it should have come with a guy packed in the box also, to help you hook it up and wait on you hand and foot!:D

What was wrong with your cable? I did the same a while back and talked to some guy like Torisky or something and he said to send my cable in and they'd fix it :( I dind't get any free crap! How did you manage to get that deal?
 
I was really nice and told them about all my other monster cabling.............. Plus i think my problem was un-fixable in my cable. It was this weird thing where if you touched the cable, it picked up the rubbing or sounds of the touching. I could scratch it and hear the scratch coming out of my amp. weird
