Behringer Truth monitors

I feel a little silly asking opinions on these because I know a lot of people out there don't like Behringer products.

Ultimately, you need to listen and decide for yourself (like Daisy said, with monitors that's easy to do) but I can at least encourage you not to avoid the Behringer's just because they're Behringers.

As a once upon a time bottom feeder (now I'm maybe a middle feeder) I had a ton of Behringer stuff--mixer, rack gear, pres, etc.--and the 2031A active Truth monitors.

It's all either in storage or relegated to the live rig--except for the Truth monitors. I'll replace 'em someday--and I'll move up. But probably not until they blow. They work well for my mixing.

I haven't heard them... but honestly once in a while berhinger makes something that's just fine. For the most part they make some really cheap ass stuff, but I've used a thing from them once in a while that I didn't mind so much. Nothing spectacular ever, but at times usable.

And that might be the case with my monitors: nothing spectacular, but usable. In which case I'll be pleasantly surprised when I go to upgrade. Hmmm...time to start looking around maybe?

I got the B2031 A's. I like the sound of them alot. They only thing, is after a while the right speaker starting cutting off for no reason. If i would have did my warranty card, i would have been okay tho. Great sound tho.
