I've seen some threads here bashing the Behringer B-1, but what about the B-2? Any opinions based on objective sound quality (as opposed to populist politics)?
For around that price, you can have a Studio Projects B3, which has some of the same features and is well like 'round these parts.ashulman said:Is it worth $150? Thats the price I'm getting. Or should I consider a different mic (mainly for male vocals) in that price range? I already have a Shure Sm-58.
Can you verify this?darrin_h2000 said:$150 for a rebaged NT2, its worth it.
It means a Rode NT2 with a Behringer label, sold by Behringer.ashulman said:I'm lost. What is a rebaged NT2?
No one said anything about an NT1. The B3 is a product by Studio Projects, not Behringer: http://www.studioprojectsusa.com/b3.htmlashulman said:I don't see anything like either of those things (NT1 or B3) on their website. What am I missing?
Those two things could make a big impact to the sound. I wonder if anyone has both of these mics, so they could post some sound clips comparing the two.chessrock said:Basically, it's a rebadged NT2, with slightly different housing and a few cheaper parts.
