Yup. It's not a bad mic at all. I'd highly recommend it for accoustic guitars. It has a bit of a high-end bump to it, but doesn't sound particularly harsh in my opinion.
In particular, I like the fact that it comes with the shockmount, popscreen, and a carrying case all in one package. It's a good deal.
