behringer 1204 pro question

since the 1204 has 4 xlr inputs and 2 stereo 1/4" inputs, will i be able to plug in up to 4 more mics via the 1/4" inputs, therefore having a total of 8 mics hooked up to the mixer?

There are no mic preamps on the 1/4" stereo channels, they are for line level sources and won't work right with a mic level input.

Get 4 more preamps or a couple of dual channel pre's and you'll be set.
