Dudes...Very cool!!!! Loved the clean intro, into the heavier part. Nice transition. Cool vocals....which one sings it? Who is playing what?
Nice mix. Very full. Shit, guys. Cool song all around. Sweet solo. Fast, flashy and tasty. Tempo change at 3:40 is cool. Has a funky vibe to it. More cool soloing......Nice. :D Guys, that was just cool.

Holy FUCK GUYS!!! You know I always describe what a song makes me feel.

It is the only other song I have ever heard that makes me think of the day I told HUlk to play on it's all over now- He played what I heard in my mind, if I could play a guitar.

Hey, that's the first time I've heard the word "nihilism" in a metal song. Well, actually in any song. Cool. I like the vocals in it, and the harmony work between the two, also the echo used to fill the space between vocal phrases at places. The heavy guitars sound just right to me, but if the acoustic gtrs had more detail in their sound it would add more there I think, and make their contrast greater. Solo at 3:15 is really nicely arranged. The middle section where the heavy gtrs trade phrases back and forth is just a little long, IMO.

Pretty awesome. The vocals are just right, guitars are great. Tight all around. I like the 6/4 part expecially. Really good. LOVE all the guitar parts.

I think I've heard this one before, maybe at the other place? Really cool song, reminds me of Corrosion of Conformity or some of Alice in Chains darker stuff. I didn't hear anything mix wise that jumped out at me. I think maybe the lower vocal could be mixed a little lower.

I'm on the higher pitch vocal,Cy the lower pitch.We both play the acoustic and electric rhythm guitars.I played bass.Cyrokk programed drums.Both of us on lead guitars.I believe on all guitars and vocals,I'm panned somewhat right and Cy somewhat left.

Care to share how the guitars were tracked? I liked the sound on the clean and dirty rythym part especially... What did you use?? and how??

I would have liked layered melodic harmonies leading gradually into full-on shred for the leads, but that's just the way I heard it. Who cares? :D

For acoustic guitar I used a yamaha something or other I borrowed from my father into an SM58.Rhythm guitar was my Les Paul Special into a little Fostex mixer into the computer and processed with GuitarSuites JCM 900 plugin.Lead guitar was the same guitar through my Digitech RP300.
 
Very kickass dude, enjoyed it. Its rare to find metal with substance these days. I like the timing and rhythm of the whole deal. Nicely recorded too! I'm grateful that u guys are taking the time to guide me through the dark alleys of recording my music with a quality sound such as this! :)

I'm not really into metal, but that's one of the best things I've heard on here so far, nice solo. Time sig changes can sometimes sound a bit awkward but those were good.
 
Nice tune...I really like the dark accoustic parts. Very clean and pleasing to the ear. The guitar solo was cool, but sounded a little fuzzy...possibly by design...?
Well mixed...was able to hear everything...of course if I didn't hear something, then I wouldn't know that I didn't hear it. :D

Beeze, and Cy..this is a professional sounding tune!!! I love it. Especially the kick ass leads!! The vocals kick too, and the acoustics, and just the whole freaking song!!!
I love the intro...But the 'lead lovefest' is the icing on the cake for me!

You guys ARE going to play this tune at JAMFE6T aren't you??? I wouldn't want to have to spank Murray!! :eek: :D

That was cool! I found it to be a little angst-ridden though, so I took the liberty of composing some more cheerful lyrics:
