Help!

Just thought I'd share another beatles cover featuring my rough loud raspy hard rockin' type style.

AFAIC, You are my ROCK GOD!

I already said (above), that you have a great R&R voice. Your playing/recording/arrangements are great, too!

Added this, (with all yer other cover tunz) to "davemania's station" on Soundclick! Where you're the star!
Pls check it out! (For best effect, hit "Hifi Shuffle" play).

"davemania's station":

Warren Willard's ~won~ of my favorites!! ;)

I got a cover of 'Julia' somewhere here on a cd. Damn I wish I could find it!

Haha, thanks fellers. I'd rather be the heavy metal beatles than the Shitty Beatles. They're shitty. At least that's what Wayne and Garth say.

But seriously, I think that particular crown goes to Beatallica. I don't mind playing second fiddle to them, though.

Thanks Davemania dude. I was actually listening to your station earlier today. I check it out from time to time, as well as your soundclick site. :D

Another Beatles remake - it's a secret..

I'm currently working on this Beatles remake so I thought I should post what I've got so far in this thread. Just mixing now so opinions on the mix would be helpful..

It's Do You Want to Know a Secret...

Hey guys, I've been away for a while. Nice to see this thread has not disappeared. Instead of commenting on each song individually, I will group all of them in this one response.

DaveMania: Nice NICE rendition of Savoy Truffle. What a great improvement in everything....timing, instrumentation, and vocals. Now get yourself a drum machine. Well Done:

mitchfewell: Cool version. I once did a version somewhat similier to this, it rocks dude! I've really enjoyed listening to it. Nice vocals!

warrengtype: Totally rockin dude! i think you have a hit here! I think your dynamic range is suffering a bit, but that could be due to the audio compression (wma) you're using.....great tune man, as have all your tunes have been......MORE MORE MORE!!!

Monkey Allen: Where's the song? One of my favorites!!!

schenkerguy: Wow! That was an awesome remake. I never thought such a simple song could sound so.........heavy.......nice job man! Do you have any more?

Help!

Phew. Ok, now that those are done I can go through this thread and listen to the one's I've missed.

And oh yeah, I apologize in advance to any French people who may listen to this for mangling their beautiful language.

*edit the link in here so's people don't have to go back a page*

Thanks guys. It's definately quite different from the original. The riff I played is kinda inspired by Megadeth's In My Darkest Hour. Don't know if anyone would've caught that or not. But uh, it was a lot of fun to do.

Track Rat....

Nice job on I Me Mine!!! I love that song. Gave me some ideas. Here's one of the many Beatles songs I've recorded. I didn't have an electric 12 string so I played two guitar track an octave apart and it came out great....I think. Check it out. I recorded this in about 1993 on my 388. I'm playing all the instruments and doing all the vocals.
