BBE Sonic Maximizer

Does anyone have any good settings for certain instruments with the BBE Sonic Maximizer plugin? I heard you can get it to sound alot better than the presets they give you. thanks

First off, unless you have a very specific problem with your audio, the BBE will only hurt the sound.
Second of all, there are only 2 knobs on the thing. It's not that difficult to figure out. Twist and listen.

Absolutely - The presets are horrible.

Here are some good starting points that work with with hardware OR software versions:

Bass guitar - OFF
Electric guitar - OFF
Drums - OFF
Drum buss - OFF
Vocals - OFF
Hip Hop vocals - 10 / 10
Strings - OFF
Main buss - OFF
Brass - OFF
Analog to analog tape X-fer (high speed) - 1.5 / 1.5
Analog to analog tape X-fer (real-time) - 1 / 1
