Battery/HubisLoopback???

Hey guys...
I have a digi-001 and battery and WinXPhome. I have succesfully loaded my Drumkits from hell Samples into battery. But I have heard that you need to use that little hubisloopback thing if you want to be able to hear your battery samples in PT since there is no option to selected Battery as an input or output in PT.
I have tried to load the hubisloopback program several times and I do do it the way they tell you to by going thru the control panel and add hardware...ect....But I always get right to the end and it says "Cant find a driver for it"... and it cancels.
Is there somethig Im probably doing wrong? I overheard some other people talking about maybe using Directconnect? Would that do the same thing as Hubis???

You'll have to use MIDI YOKE and MIDI OX under XP to get the same results you'd get with Hubi's under 98.

But from what I understood you're trying to route the audio coming out of the standalone version of Battery into protools, right?

You'll then have to use Virtual Audio Cable. MIDI Yoke's meant to route midi output from an app to the midi input of another app via a virtual midi cable.
