Basic Recording needs

Basic Recording needs?

I'm looking to just have a small setup to meet my basic recording needs i currently own a Tascam Porta02mkII and am planing to buy a Behringer UB802 and a digitech Genesis3 by next month. So my question is do i need anything else considering i just want something small and simple to meet my needs? Thankyou for your time!

what else are you wanting to get?

are you going to record into the porta studio? try hooking it up to your comp...you can have more fun with some software stuff...but i need a little more detail in what you want to do
 
The Genesis 3 comes with Cakewalk so i was gonna experiment with that. I'm basically just recording guitar,bass, vocals, and the drum machine i'm using and that's about it.
