Austin City Limits Mics

Last night I saw the Austin City Limits episode with Patty Loveless and the Del McCoury Band. It looked like the same LDC mics were used for both bands. They were black and mounted in shockmounts.
Does anyone know what kind of mics these are? They provided the best and most natural sound I've ever heard on the show. When the fiddle players stepped up to the mics, you could hear the bow scraping across the strings (in a good way.) Vocals were true and detailed, and all the instruments were true and natural. It was inspiring. I may need to buy some more mics!

They where all audio technica mics, But there wasnt any way of telling which model. All I could tell was that they had to be 4040
4050,s or maybe 4060,s
Very good show and the sound was great. I think Im going to have to go out and get her newest Cd now.
