Strange person.
Can I get some opinions of the mix for this song.
Its an Autralian hip-hop song (rapping in an Aussie accent
)
This is just the music so don't get too excited. I want to get some opinions on the music before I mix the vocals in there. The song is about youth suicide so I wanted to create kind of an empty and honest feeling (hence no bass). Doing this I pushed the drums louder so that the beat was the main focus and left the keyboard/synth more in the background.
And yes there is a didgeridoo in there, I think that the didge makes the second half of the verse sound more down to earth.
Any comments???
