How is it? Has anyone tried one? It's supposed to be Audix's answer to the SM57 as far as I can tell, and Audix tends to make pretty good mics (IMHO). If it's as good as they claim, I might consider one.

I have one and I a/b'ed it with a 57 through a small pa with my vocal. It seems a little meetier than the 57. A bit rounder in the mid and thicker as well. I can't wait to try it on a snare. I thought it might be nice on the bottom of the snare and a 57 on the top side.
