im in the middle and cant deicde so i will let everyone here decide what one im buying

There was hardly a noticeable difference between that sound and the normal placement. Very easy mic to work with in both placement and eq. Nick, don't forget to tune the damn drum properly. Hire a tech if you can't handle it, thats what I do and he's a godsend.

xstatic said:I have used both many many times. I did vote for the D6, but in my opinion it isn't much different from the usual suspects at all. One thing i hate about the beta 52 is where the cable plugs in. It constsantly seems to make things more difficult for me as I set a kick mic when the mic cable won't go in because of a part of the mic stand.
