I spent months recording around 15 songs with cakewalk 9 and recently I bought an Audiophile 2496 which has been running smoothly, yesturday I saved some of my songs as bundle files so I can put them on a cd and send them to a friend, now the projects that I saved as budle files can be played back but no sound comes out, I have the M-audio multi channel set as the recording and playback master. each track's input is the S/PDIF and the output is the M-audio multichannel, I can hear the tracks playing when I set the M-audio AP 1/2 as the output device but the tracks become very noise and can hear pops all over the place.

I started having this problem when saved some projects as bundle files, any help would be appreciated.

thanks.

This occurs when you record the original tracks at 44.1K sample rate and later try and play back at 48K sample rate, or vice versa.
When this happens even the midi data in your project file will not make a sound.

You need to get your 2496 card set back to the correct data rate and file bit depth settings of the original file.

This happens in Sonar too.

I kind of solved the problem, I was running low on Disk space so I was having all sorts of difficulties, now that I have freed some space its running abit smoother, still crashes every once in a while but I think thats cause I have too much junk on my computer.
