If you are familiar with a Audio-Technica AT2035 mic, how did it work for you?

I have one and love it. I use it on guitar and it preforms surprisingly well. I don't tend to use it on vocals much as I find it a tad harsh. You usually find them around $100 new if you keep looking.

It's funny, that picture shows the mic as very gray but mine is flat black...

It does seem like this mic is a bit muddy sounding without a good eq setting. the MXL V63MBP that I also use is brighter.

If you buy a 2035 from Amazon, you will get a 2035, end of statement.
