Audio Recording - hands on crash course/ bootcamp?

Hi folks,

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows a good hands on audio recording crash course that maybe runs for 3 to 5 days - anywhere in the US?

I do well in person to person training and am more challenged with trying to read/try out stuff.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Google Coursera. They run one about twice a year. And it's free.
 
Guitar Center has free ProTools classes once a month - just a couple of hours, but its a start. Coursera classes are online and usually last 6 weeks.
Honestly, you can't learn recording in a week-long 'crash course'. Many htings are DAW-dependent (the user interfaces differ).
