the 1010 has balanced in/outs or unbalanced? and does it have midi in/out?

Delta 1010 has midi I/O on the breakout box, and word clock I/O.
It also does -10 and +4 on all 8 TRS I/O, balanced or unbalanced on both.
 
If you need one of these, don't hesitate to buy from this guy. I bought a Layla 24/96 from him a while back. It was a quick and painless transaction with good communication.
